Weigh-in: Lost 0.8lbs!
Weighed in on the scale this morning and I was down to 147.4lbs. I’m actually pretty surprised because I really didn’t workout too much and had at least three days where I went over my calories. 147-149 has always been the point where I give up on my diet and gain back all the weight. I’m hoping to lose two pounds this week so I can get out of the high 140’s range.

Fell off the Wagon Last Week
I definitely fell off the wagon last week. Thankfully I only gained .2lbs though. I think what initially threw me off was I had a pretty chaotic work schedule last week and was having a lot of trouble sleeping. Jogged for two miles without stopping! →
This is the first time I was able to jog for two miles without stopping. I’m pumped. I had taken a two day break from working out due to a really busy work schedule and lack of sleep but I’m glad I was able to jump back into it. Did Fifty Minutes on the Elliptical Tonight →
I used this workout from Fit Sugar as a guide for tonight’s workout. I did a 50 minute workout and made it more doable with 5 minute intervals. Made it through despite my elliptical accidentally turning off fifteen minutes into the workout. I burned 528 calories. Woo!

Week 7: Weigh-in
I weighed myself this morning and I lost 2.4 pounds! Last week I was 150.4 and now I’m 148. So far I’ve lost 8.8 pounds! I’m thrilled I made it through restaurant week and finally made it out of the 150’s. Next week I hope to lose another 2 pounds.
