Last month my fitness goal was to attend a Bikram Yoga class. After a year long break, I was able to muster up the courage and attend one. It was pretty intense but I’m glad I went and I hope to go to another class soon. It’s always a great feeling when you make it through a class. 90 minutes of yoga in 104 degree heat is no joke.
