Not Just a Diet

This is a blog to keep track of my diet and fitness journey. Hopefully this will inspire other people who are sick of dieting and are ready for a lifestyle change. Everyday when we wake up, we make choices that shape our future. Today choose the future you want.

Not a huge fan of running?  Maybe these benefits from different aspects of running will influence you! 
1. Running helps with fat loss and cardio vascular health 
2. Relieves stress: Just 20 minutes of a steady paced jog can help relieve your stress and enable you to think more clearly 
3. Have a mind fart? Running helps improve decision making and allows you to think more clearly 
4. Keeps the immune system strong along with building muscles and strengthening bones
5. Improves coordination and versatility which helps with other exercises and every day  situations 
6. Running can help suppress appetite which further helps with weight loss
Not a runner?  Start by walking and just trying to be active this can lead to more exercise and positive health benefits.  Whats the greatest part of exercise and diet?  You are in control of everything you do!
