This is the first time I was able to jog for two miles without stopping. I’m pumped. I had taken a two day break from working out due to a really busy work schedule and lack of sleep but I’m glad I was able to jump back into it. I don’t usually do morning workouts but I couldn’t sleep so I figured I’d workout instead of just tossing in bed. After the two mile jog I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and burned a total of 515 calories. Woo! Great way to start the day.
