- 2L water
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 10-12 mint leaves
Steep overnight in fridge and drink every day.
A ton of water is always good for the body. Cucumber is good for curbing sugar cravings. Lemon is great for metabolizing boosts. And mint leaves supposedly suppress your appetite.
Either way, the drink looks good & cannot possibly be bad for you!
