Weighed in on the scale this morning and I was down to 147.4lbs. I’m actually pretty surprised because I really didn’t workout too much and had at least three days where I went over my calories. 147-149 has always been the point where I give up on my diet and gain back all the weight. I’m hoping to lose two pounds this week so I can get out of the high 140’s range.
This week I’m aiming to eat 1200-1300 calories a day and burn at least 3000 calories working out during the week.
